CARA MEMBUAT WAFFLE CAKE
HOW TO MAKE WAFFLE CAKE

Bahan Waffle :

1. 1 3/4 gr Tepung terigu
2.  1 sdm Baking Powder 
3. 1/4 sdt Garam 
4. 2 butir Kuning telur 
5. 1 3/4 cangkir susu 
6. 1/2 cangkir minyak goreng 
7. 2 putih telur 

Cara Membuat Waffle :

1. Aduk tepung, bersama dengan  baking powder, dan garam di dalam mangkuk. Buatlah lubang di tengah campuran tepung tadi.  
2. Kocok kuning telur ke dalam mangkuk yang lain, kemudian masukkan susu dan minyak.  
3. Masukkan campuran kuning telur sekaligus ke dalam campuran tepung tadi. Aduk sampai adonan basah dan kental. 
4. Bagian penting selanjutnya, kocok putih telur kedalam mangkuk lainnya sampai menjadi kaku dan lembut.
5. Campur putih telur dengan adonan campuran tepung dan kuning telur, tapi ingat jangan overmix.
6. Tuang sekitar satu cangkir adonan ke cetakan waffle, tunggu sampai matang, angkat sajikan dengan menggunakan Mapple syrup, Madu, Es Cream atau buah menurut selera anda.

Tips Membuat Waffle : 

1. Di sajikan hangat lebih nikmat.
2. Nikmatilah Waffle dengan segelas kopi panas atau Ice Cream lezat

Recipe and Ingredients Waffle :

1. 1 3/4 C. All Purpose flour
2. 1 tbsp Baking Powder
3. 1/4 tsp Salt
4. 2 eggs yolks
5. 1 3/4 cup milk
6. 1/2 cup cooking oil
7. 2 egg whites

How to Make Waffles :

1. In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center. 
2. In another bowl beat egg yolks slightly. 
3. Stir in milk and oil. Add egg yolk mixture all at once to the dry mixture. Stir just till moistened (should be lumpy).
4. Now the important part. In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight up).
5. Gently fold egg whites into flour and egg yolk mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg white, Do Not Overmix. 
6. And proceed to make your waffles, about a cup of mixture to make a waffle. serve with mapple syrup, honey, ice cream or fruits.
